Engineer arrived on time explained what was required and then fitted the ariel and tested. very polite and informative,

work was great , very proffesional , re pricing it was not clear that the quote was less VAT , I am fortunate enough where it was within my Budget but had it not been the case and I saw the end bill after the work was done it could have been a problem
